The Gibson Amphitheatre Box Office is located at the corner of Universal Hollywood Drive and Hotel Dr near the Hilton Hotel.

The Universal CityWalk Box Office is located on Universal CityWalk across from the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company

Forms of Acceptable Payment:
The Box Office accepts MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover, debit cards and cash.
No personal checks.

Box Office Service Charge:
All tickets purchased at either Gibson Amphitheatre Box Office are subject to a $5.50 handling fee per ticket.

Group tickets are only available for specified shows. Please call the box office at 818-777-3931 to see if the show you are interested in has a group discount available.

Will-call tickets are available at the Gibson Amphitheatre Will Call Kiosks near the main entrance to Universal Studios, two hours before each show.

• From the Hollywood (101) Freeway South
Exit Lankershim Boulevard and make a left turn on to Cahuenga Boulevard. Turn left on to Universal Studios Boulevard and proceed up the hill to the parking structures.

• From the Hollywood (101) Freeway North
Exit Universal Studios Boulevard. Turn right at the first signal (Universal Studios Blvd.) and proceed up the hill to the parking structures.
