The Susquehanna Bank Center is the new name of the amphitheatre that's been home to concerts events for over 14 years. 

During the summer, the Susquehanna Bank Center is a 25,000-seat amphitheatre with an unparalled view of the Philadelphia skyline.  We look forward to seeing you at Download 2008 this summer.

Monday thru Friday
10:00 am to 3:00 pm
For the day of an on-sale, they are open for 1 hour from the announced time of the on-sale
Day of show they are open 30 minutes before doors.

Box Office Service Charge:
There is a $5.00 Service Charge at all purchases at the Susquehanna Bank Center Box Office.

Group Tickets:

There are a variety of ways to arrive at at the Susquehanna Bank Center. 

There are several Satellite parking areas around the Camden Waterfront that service the venue from both the north and south. These areas are accessed by exits 5-A, 5-B and exit 4 off of I-676 via the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman Bridge. Follow signs for Waterfront Attractions.

Parking fees for the Susquehanna Bank Center are $15 and $20 per vehicle.  Fees may change due to the nature of the event.

During the summer season another viable option for the Susquehanna Bank Center is to park at Penn's Landing on the Philadelphia side and take the River Link Ferry to and from the Camden Waterfront. 
 
Guests may also use the Park 'N Ride system from NJ Transit by parking at the Pennsauken, NJ 36th Street Park 'N Ride station and taking the River Line rail system to and from the venue.

Interpretive Services
Upon request we will provide a Sign Interpreter. Please contact the Director of Operations at (8563651300) at least three (3) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service.

Listening Devices

We are equipped with a Sound Assisted Listening Device system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. Guests who are interested in this service should visit our Guest Services Area located in the Walt Whitman Lobby.

Parking and Directions
Parking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to this area without delay.

Restrooms
All restrooms located at the amphitheater are accessible.

Service Animals
Services animals are welcome at all events. We ask that they remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you bring a service animal to a show, please notify your ticket representative so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

Tickets
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions at all price levels. We can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair as well as for those who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair. Additionally, we can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment. As with all fans, we recommend that you purchase your tickets as early as possible once they have gone on sale. All tickets purchased are available on a first come, first served, basis.   

Guests are WELCOME to bring:
Low backed beach chairs (9' or less)
Small blankets
Small bags or backpacks
Small umbrellas, ponchos or rain coats
Snacks in (1) clear, plastic gallon sized bag (1) per person
(1) sealed bottle of water (1 liter or smaller)

Please note:
NO Professional Cameras
NO Camping Chairs in carrying bags
NO Video or Audio Recording Devices
No Laser Pointers
No Sharp or Dangerous Items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks, pepper spray, mace) *If these items are in your possession when attempting the facility, you will be asked to check the item or take it back to your car. If your item is checked, you will be able to retrieve your items upon leaving the facility.
