Mon-Sat 1-9pm; Closed Sunday unless it is a show date.

Box Office locations:
The Gibson Amphitheatre Box Office is located at the corner of Universal Hollywood Drive and Hotel Dr near the Hilton Hotel.

The Universal CityWalk Box Office is located on Universal CityWalk across from the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company

Forms of Acceptable Payment:
The Box Office accepts MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover, debit cards and cash.
No personal checks.

Box Office Service Charge:
All tickets purchased at either Gibson Amphitheatre Box Office are subject to a $5.50 handling fee per ticket.

Will-call tickets:
are available at the Gibson Amphitheatre Will Call Kiosks near the main entrance to Universal Studios, two hours before each show.

Gibson Amphitheatre doors will open at 1pm, with performances beginning at 2pm. Download 2008 will conclude at 11:15pm.
